Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
- Reservations:
All bookings must be made by payment in advance through our website, email, or phone. A confirmation email or message will be sent once the booking is completed. All Bookings or reservations will be secure and accepted only by minimum advance payment of Rs.1000/-. Also, as a reminder , a SMS or WhatsApp message will be sent by our reservation desk confirming the room booking.
- Payment:
A deposit of minimum Rs. 1000/- ( One Thousand Rupees only) is required to secure your booking over phone or online. The remaining balance can be paid upon guests' arrival. Our Homestay follows the Policy of 100% advance payments during check-in. Money receipt will be provided upon payment.
- Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 0-9 days of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in 11:00AM and Check-out 12:00PM Noon
- Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you require this service.
Identity Proof : Guests are requested to bring along with them any one of the following Identity Proofs – PAN Card, Drivers License (for Indian nationals) or Passport (for foreigners).
3. Guest Responsibilities
- Identification: All guests are required to provide valid identification upon check-in. (Copy of Aadhar card , Passport, Voter ID , Driving License etc)
- Behaviour: Guests are expected to respect the property and other guests. Any damages caused by guests will be charged to the responsible party.
- Smoking & Drinking Liquor Policy: Smoking and consuming of Liquor/Alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the rooms. However, they will be allowed to enter inside the property and strictly not enter the rooms or disturb other guests.
4. House Rules
- Quiet Hours:
11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please respect the quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
- Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their rooms. Dustbins are provided in every room for disposal of garbage and litter. Housekeeping services are provided daily.
5. Liability
- Personal Belongings: Heritage Villa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend that the guests secure and keep their valuables in their own custody.
- Injury: Guests use the property and facilities at their own risk. Heritage Villa is not liable for any injury or accidents that occur on the premises.
6. Privacy Policy
- Personal Information: We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to process your booking and provide the services you have requested.
- Data Security: We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.
